Crops grown in water: Shingoda

Fruit - Black triangular horns are also found in the fruit shop.  Shingoda is a special l.  This hard-skinned and thorny fruit grows on vines. Its vines float not on the ground but on the water of the reservoir.  The horns are green in color, turn black when boiled and come to market with cut thorns on both sides.
Farmers dive into the lake and sow shingoda seeds in the bottom soil.  Vines grow in it.  Floats on the surface of the lake.  The whole lake sometimes looks green with a single vine. The bark is very hard and has sharp thorns on both sides for the purpose of providing natural protection to the water-borne hornbills.
Green in some areas.  Shingoda becomes a vegetable-like dish.  Dried.  Shingoda pulp is also made into flour. It is called Tap Kir, it is useful in making Farali dish.
